Antitrust & Competition Policy

Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd.

Overview

Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is fully committed to complying with all applicable anti-trust and competition laws in every country where we operate. Any form of anti-competitive behavior—including price fixing, bid rigging, market or customer allocation, or cartel activity—is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated.

We believe in competing freely, ethically, and fairly, based solely on the quality, value, and reliability of our services. Participation in cartel arrangements or any conduct that restricts fair competition goes against our core values and business principles.

Scope

This policy applies to all stakeholders of Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd., including employees, directors, management, shareholders, agents, service providers, customers, overseas partners, affiliates, and any individual or entity acting on behalf of the company.

All stakeholders are required to comply with this policy as well as all applicable anti-trust and competition laws in their respective jurisdictions.

Commitment to Ethical Conduct

Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is committed to lawful and ethical business practices and will not engage in any activity that may harm the interests of the company, our clients, our partners, or the logistics and fine-art industry as a whole.

We actively ensure awareness of relevant anti-trust regulations and monitor our internal teams and business partners to maintain continuous compliance.

Our Competition Principles

By working with or representing Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd., you agree to the following commitments:

  • Never engage, directly or indirectly (including through agents, suppliers, or customers), in any discussion or arrangement with actual or potential competitors that could lead to cartel behavior.
  • Never enter into formal or informal agreements—whether written or verbal—with competitors relating to sensitive competitive matters, including:
    • Price fixing or price coordination
    • Allocation of markets, customers, or territories
    • Manipulation or rigging of bidding or tender processes
  • Immediately report any attempt, indication, or suspicion of anti-competitive conduct by competitors or third parties in line with the company’s internal reporting procedures and, where required, to the appropriate authorities.
  • Avoid participation in trade association meetings or industry forums where competitively sensitive topics are discussed. If such topics arise, employees must request that the discussion stop immediately. If it continues, they must leave the meeting and request that their departure be formally recorded in the meeting minutes.
  • Ensure that all communications—including emails, messages, documents, presentations, discussions, and public statements—are professional, accurate, and free from language that could be misunderstood or misinterpreted by regulators or competition authorities.
  • Maintain full independence in pricing, bidding, and commercial decision-making for all products and services.
  • Limit the exchange of information with competitors or third parties during commercial negotiations strictly to what is necessary to evaluate or complete a legitimate transaction.

Zero-Tolerance Approach

Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd. follows a zero-tolerance policy toward cartel conduct and any violation of anti-trust laws. At all times, we act with professionalism, fairness, and integrity in every business relationship, regardless of location or market.

If an employee receives any inquiry from a government authority, regulatory body, or law firm concerning a potential anti-trust or competition law issue, they must notify senior management without delay.
