These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “the Company”). Our services include international and domestic moving, logistics, transportation, packing, unpacking, handling, warehousing, storage, and all related support services for all types of goods. These terms apply unless we specifically agree to different terms in writing through a quotation, service order, email confirmation, or any other written communication issued by us.
This policy applies to all stakeholders of Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd., including but not limited to employees, directors, management, shareholders, consultants, agents, service providers, customers, overseas partners, and any individual or entity acting on behalf of the company.
All parties are required to comply not only with this policy but also with applicable anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws in their respective jurisdictions.

The prevention, detection, and reporting of bribery and corruption is a shared responsibility. Everyone working for, with, or on behalf of Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd. must remain vigilant and act ethically at all times.
If you believe or suspect that bribery or corruption has occurred, you must immediately report the matter to your manager or company representative. You may also report concerns directly to Master Art Logistics Pvt. Ltd. via email at:
