These terms apply unless we specifically agree to different terms in writing through a quotation, service order, email confirmation, or any other written communication issued by us.
If there is any difference between these Terms and what is mentioned in our quotation or written acceptance, the terms clearly mentioned in that document will apply only to that extent. All other conditions written here will remain valid.

(As agreed in writing with each customer)
We provide suitable packing materials and professionally pack and protect your goods. This includes preparing inventories, labelling, and marking items. Where required, we arrange containers, lift vans, or storage units. We also load the goods and prepare necessary shipping documents and instructions.
We arrange transportation by road, sea, and/or air, including coordination with ports and terminals. Additional charges such as fuel, congestion, or currency-related surcharges may apply. We also assist with export customs formalities and coordinate with carriers and service partners involved in moving the shipment.
At the destination, we assist with customs clearance, arrange inland transportation, deliver the goods, unload and unpack them, and reassemble furniture where agreed. Disposal of packing materials is done where permitted and subject to local rules and access conditions.
Goods kept in storage or left behind are treated as a separate shipment and stored securely in our warehouse until delivery is requested.
Storage charges usually include:
Storage insurance can be arranged at extra cost if requested.
Unless clearly mentioned in writing in our quotation, our prices do not include customs duties, government taxes, demurrage or detention charges, deliveries above the second floor without lift access, handling of pianos or heavy items, en-route storage, difficult access locations, or services requiring specialised technicians.
Our quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
Unless agreed differently in writing:
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any legal matters will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
Our responsibility for any loss or damage is limited strictly to physical loss or damage to the goods.
We are not responsible for damage caused by normal wear and tear, climatic conditions, internal mechanical or electrical failure, perishables, valuables (such as cash, jewellery, watches, documents), items packed by the owner or third parties, or goods stored entirely at the owner’s risk.
We are also not responsible for indirect or financial losses such as loss of profit, delay, depreciation, or loss of use.
Master Art Logistics does not provide insurance cover. However, if requested, we can help arrange transit or storage insurance through an independent third-party insurer.
All insurance policies are issued by the insurer, and claims must be raised directly with them. We are not responsible for claim approval or settlement.
If insurance is not requested and paid for before the service starts, it will be assumed that insurance has been declined and our standard liability limits are accepted.
The owner agrees that neither they nor their insurer will claim recovery or subrogation against Master Art Logistics, its employees, agents, or contractors, to the extent allowed by law.
We are not responsible for loss, damage, or delay caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, fire, strikes, port congestion, government actions, transport restrictions, or carrier failures.
Any visible loss or damage must be noted at the time of delivery.
Written claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
We reserve the right to hold goods against unpaid charges and, after due notice, may sell or dispose of the goods in accordance with applicable law.
These Terms, together with our quotation and written acceptance (including digital acceptance), form the complete agreement between both parties.
